Hawzah News Agency- (Qom, Iran) Ayatollah Reza Ustadi, the Secretary of the Seminaries’ Supreme Council, spoke to the crowd gathered at Feyziyeh School to mark the beginning of the seminaries’ new educational year. During his speech, the senior cleric elaborated on some guidelines for the seminary teachers as well as students, he emphasized on the importance of performing prayers at the first possible time and added, “The clerics must strongly care about performing their morning prayers at the first possible time, this is not something of minor significance for when the students listen to this advice they will see great progress in life,”

“In addition to learning knowledge, performing prayers at the first possible time also plays a key role to influence the society in a positive way,” Ayatollah Ustadi added.

The senior Shia cleric went on, “Adhering to the teachings of the Ahl ul-Bayt (a.s.) serves as another aspect of a seminarians’ growth, since recourse to Ahl ul-Bayt (a.s.) can greatly benefit the clerics,” Hawzah reported.

“Seminary teachers must study the seminary lessons in a thorough way and then present the material to the students in order for them to gain a comprehensive knowledge over the subjects,” Ayatollah Ustadi said.

“ After all these years of serving the Islamic seminaries, I can now say to you that the actions intended for the purpose of God’s obedience are the ones which will last forever,” Ayatollah Ustadi concluded.
