Hawzah News Agency- Dean of university of Islamic denominations made some remarks on the importance of correct analyses and evaluation of the key elements mentioned in the supreme leader’s message to the youth in the West, he also emphasized on the public media’s crucial role to spread this message to the world and make it as effective as possible.

Hojjat-al-Islam Ahmad Moballeqi, Dean of university of Islamic denominations who is also a scholar in Qom Islamic seminary, had an interview with Hawzah news agency during which he said, the two important and historic letters written by the Iranian supreme leader to the youth in Europe and North America hold some crucial elements that need to be analyzed and also elaborated on their international and cultural impact in media,” these letters are considered as a turning point in the history of Islamic republic of Iran’s cultural diplomacy, regarding the fact that their main origin has been Islam as well as Islam revolution and seminaries, therefore these messages include some key factors that  must be looked upon carefully and in details,” he added.

While describing the main components of the two letters, he went on,” the first key element is that both letters are to address the general opinion in the West. Supreme leader’s letters are directly addressing western citizens, therefore it caused such great impact on them and it takes lots of time and effort on the part of experts to analyze how and why these messages could have had such an effect on public opinion in the West,”

He, then explained the second element included in the letters, which is the focus on human moralities and justice, “supreme leader emphasized on impartial attitudes and human emotions in these letters, he also asked every human being to pay attention to the principle of global justice for everyone,” Moballeqi added.

Addressing the western youth in a direct way is the third key factor in supreme leader’s letters, as Moballeqi said,” the point is the new generation of youth is pioneering in the modern era’s developments, therefore  in order to make a sincere impact on the youth in the West, we have no other way to speak to them other than implementing the modernized forms of dialogue and focus on ongoing issues of today’s world,”

Focusing on common human sense to condemn any forms of terrorism is the fourth factor in the letters, as he puts it , “the supreme leader stated in his messages that true Islam has nothing to do with such extremism and violance that we are witnessing in the world nowadays,”

Hojjat-al-Islam Moballeqi went on, “The supreme leader mentioned in his letter, according to western politicians’ point of view, the oppression imposed on human beings today is subject to double-standards as it is recognized as oppression in some regions, but is not paid serious attention to in some other regions. This is the real discrimination against the oppressed Palestinians, whereas everyone in the world condemns the terrorist attacks in Paris and considered them a true form of terrorism,”

He concluded the last key element in the above-mentioned letters as the urge to investigate the roots of global events that we are witnessing today and added, “If we aim to publicize the supreme leader’s letter in an effective way, it is necessary to pay close attention to the sources that are causing today’s global crisis such as, Paris terrorist attacks. Since without serious investigations one can not reach a valuable result,”
