Hawzah News Agency- the funeral ceremony of Mrs. Seyyedeh Hosseini, wife of Grand Ayatollah Wahid Khorasani, was held in the presence of scholars, professors, seminary students, officials and different groups of people in Amir al-Momenin (PBUH) Mosque on Sunday, December 10 in Qom.

Hujjat al-Islam Ali Nazari, one of the professors of Qom seminary, praised the services of the late Mrs. Hosseini in this ceremony and said,” The deceased was responsible for serving the honorable Shia source of emulation Grand Ayatollah Wahid for many years.”

He pointed out the great interest of that pious lady in doing good and worthy deeds and added,” organizing mourning gatherings for Seyyed al-Shahada (PBUH) was one of the interests of this lady.”

The professor of Qom seminary further stated that Mrs. Husseini showed great devotion to Umm ul-Banin (PBUH), the mother of the four martyrs of the Karbala incident, and noted that according to Imam Reza (PBUH), those who were martyred alongside Imam Hussain had no equal.”
