Hawzah News Agency- Dr. Seyyed Mohammad Amin Aghamiri, head of Iran’s National Center for Cyberspace, visited Qom and met with Head of Iran’s Seminary Ayatollah Alireza Arafi in his office, stating that today cyberspace has become a place for people to live. Rules must be implemented in cyber space that has become a new living world.”

Stating that the society should be a place of happiness and human growth, he said,” Today, Cyberspace has turned to a society and we should seek happiness and growth in it.”

The head of the National Center for Cyberspace, pointing out that our start in the field of cyberspace has just happened, said,” Today, services and applications are not dependent on the West.”

Stating that we have good capacities in Iran, he noted,” We should use these capacities in order to organize communication with the people.”

Aghamiri pointed out that our approach is socialization in the field of Cyberspace and stated,” According to the plans, we should have a space based on our own values with one billion users in the next 10 years.”

Stating that in the field of Cyberspace, the focus is often on infrastructure, he reminded,” the principle and priority should be to provide services and content, and so far, good actions and progress have been achieved in this regard.”

Pointing out that we need more serious measures in the field of content development, the head of the National Center for Cyber Space said,” Some new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, make it difficult to compete in the field of content development.”

He added,” We must equip our content development experts with all these new tools so that we do not fall behind in this direction.”
