Hawzah News Agency- with the follow-up of the headquarters of the cooperation of the seminary and Ministry of Education, in line with the establishment and institutionalization of the Islamic education system and the targeted implementation of the document on the fundamental transformation of education, the cooperation between the seminaries and the Ministry of Education has been formed, and Amin Plan is signed to move the country on the horizon of realization of Mahdavi civilization in order to strengthen and deepen religious and revolutionary knowledge as well as the spiritual and moral excellence of teachers, students and parents which is implemented with the effective cooperation of seminaries and The Ministry of Education.

Therefore, this executive regulation is signed in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the trainers of the Amin plan within the framework of the missions of the two institutions; In the framework of a 5-year cooperation program with the aim of expanding religious activities and implementing a comprehensive model of revolutionary religious education in schools based on the foundations of the Islamic education system, as well as explaining, strengthening and deepening religious beliefs, values and behaviors of students, teachers and parents. In order to promote the religious and revolutionary identity, this agreement was signed by the heads of Iran’s Seminary and the Minister of Education.

Also, this executive regulation has drawn and communicated duties for education managers (province and city/region/district), school managers and missionaries of Amin plan, such as a road map.

In the executive regulations of the Amin Plan, some special things have been taken into consideration, which include;
