Hujjat al-Islam Qabanchi said,” The war in Gaza is still a cruel and inhumane battle and the number of martyrs reached eleven thousand martyrs.”

Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Sadr al-Din Qabanchi, Friday Prayer Imam of Najaf Ashraf, said in his Friday prayer sermons this week,” The war in Gaza is still a cruel and inhumane battle, because in a war in which the whole world aligned against a small city, despite the resistance of Mujahideen, the number of martyrs reached eleven thousand martyrs.”

If It Weren’t for Shiites, The Gaza Issue Would Have Ended

He added,” The position of the Shiites in this war is a strong one, because they give determination to all the people, and if it were not for them, the Gaza issue would have been forgotten, and Palestine would have been destroyed under the control of Israel's aggression.”

Friday Imam of Najaf Ashraf also praised the role of Shia authorities regarding the Palestinian issue and stated,” The religious authority was in the front line to condemn the Zionist regime in this battle.”

Hujjat al-Islam Qabanchi further elaborated on the Iraqi elections,” Ayatollah Sistani emphasized that the situation in Iraq has no solution except a peaceful agreement for the exchange of power; this means that all other solutions such as withdrawal or coup are rejected.”

Friday Prayer Imam of Najaf Ashraf spoke on the resignation of Iraq’s Speaker of the House of Representatives saying,” The issue of removing the speaker of the House of Representatives is unforeseen in Iraq, and we believe that this issue should go through its legal process.”

In his religious sermon, he mentioned the issue of human development and said,” In the era of ignorance, women were the only reproductive element, but in the era of new ignorance, women are considered a tool of beauty.”

Friday Imam of Najaf Ashraf continued,” This is despite the fact that Islam considered women as a basic and first-class human element, and the verses of Holy Quran confirm this issue that in all the situations mentioned, women have always been compared to men.”
