Stating that these MOUs are part of the transformation plan of the Islamic seminary, he said,” In each of these MOUs, a joint secretariat will be created and a 5-year plan will be developed.”

Pointing out that one should not pay attention to only one point, the head of seminaries said,” In the field of women and family, it is possible to sign a memorandum of understanding in different areas during a joint program.”

Stating that these axes can be in the international arena as well, he pointed out that many associations and various seminary departments are related to the issue of women and family.
