A group of Muslim scholars from Madagascar, who are visiting the Islamic Republic of Iran to participate in a study period, met with Hujjat-ul-Islam Abbasi, dean of Al-Mustafa International University.

Hawzah News Agency- a group of Muslim scholars from Madagascar who are visiting the Islamic Republic of Iran to participate in a study period, met with Hujjat al-Islam Abbasi.

While welcoming the scholars of Madagascar and congratulating the Karamat Decade, the chancellor of Al-Mustafa International University stated, "Al-Mustafa International University was formed following the victory of the Islamic Revolution and today, as an international Islamic university, it has the membership of prestigious academic unions of the world."

He went on to introduce Al-Mustafa University and stated,” Currently, more than 160 majors and orientations at undergraduate to doctoral levels are offered in Islamic sciences, humanities and language and cultural studies based on the needs of learners in Al-Mustafa University.”

He called the graduates of Al-Mustafa International University as the flagbearers of friendship and peace among nations and reminded,” the approximation and unity of Islamic religions is one of the basic strategies of the Al-Mustafa University and it’s derived from the discourse of the Islamic Revolution, and this strategy has been crystallized in all the educational and training programs of Al-Mustafa.”

Referring to the signing of more than 200 cooperation agreements between Al-Mustafa University and scientific and academic centers of the world, he said, "Al-Mustafa International University, based on these agreements, annually organizes numerous academic cooperations in various fields, including holding international conferences and inter-religious dialogues."
