Hawzah News Agency- Speaking during a ceremony marking the Fatimiyyah Days at the Husayniyya of the Lovers of Zahra (S), Hojatoleslam Ansarian highlighted the lofty status of the daughter of the Prophet (PBUH), warning against superficial religiosity and urging Muslims to deepen their understanding of faith.
He said Hazrat Zahra (PBUH) dedicated her life to clarifying Quranic teachings and the essence of Islam — monotheism, prophethood, and Imamate — for society. “She did not want people to merely appear religious,” he stated, “but sought to establish faith based on knowledge and understanding.”
The seminary professor lamented that the noble character of Hazrat Zahra (PBUH) remains largely unknown, especially among women, noting that if women recognized her true status, they would emulate her in family life, education, worship, and spirituality. “Unfortunately, many have distanced themselves from divine morality due to ignoring authentic role models,” he added.
Emphasizing that Hazrat Zahra (PBUH) serves as the roadmap to eternal happiness, Ansarian said: “Whoever follows her path to the best of their ability will find peace and success in this world and the Hereafter. Those who fail to do so remain distant from true tranquility.”
“True victory,” he explained, “is not found in wealth or power, but in remaining faithful, pure, and honest. In the Quranic view, victory belongs to those who stand firm on the path of God, even if they are martyred, as was the case in Karbala. Outwardly they seemed defeated, but spiritually they triumphed.”
He further said that genuine victory means living with integrity — praying sincerely, earning halal sustenance, avoiding injustice and falsehood, and maintaining a clear conscience. “A believer who lives by the Quran and the ethics of the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) never truly loses; God grants them peace and steadfastness even in hardship,” he noted.
Concluding his remarks, Hojatoleslam Ansarian stressed that religiosity without knowledge is like moving without a compass. He called on society to realign itself with the true guides — the Holy Quran, the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT), and Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH) — so that it may remain on the path of truth and never fall into deviation.
