Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Muhammad Ali Al-Hashem, the representative of Iran’s Supreme Leader in East Azarbaijan Province on Saturday, at the meeting of the General Culture Council of East Azarbaijan Province, referred to the incident of an armed attack on the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Tehran and emphasized,” the transparency of the country's officials as well as the radio and television in coverage of the news of the attack on embassy foiled the plot of the enemies.”

While condemning this incident, the representative of Supreme Leader in East Azarbaijan Province said,” In the incident of the attack, in which an armed person attacked the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Tehran and killed an Azerbaijani diplomat, a family dispute between the two countries was ignited; but the transparency of Iranian officials as well as the radio and television in covering the news regarding the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan foiled the plot of the enemies.”

He added,” In the current situation, when some people abroad are trying to disrupt Tehran's foreign policy relations with other countries, this issue should be carefully considered and the authorities should take decisive actions in following up on this issue.”
