The chancellor of Al-Mustafa International University emphasized the need to strengthen the ties between Qom and Najaf Ashraf Seminary, and emphasized,” Despite the defeat of the enemies of Islam in the battlefields, there is a severe cultural and hybrid war that targets Muslim young men and women. Our task today is much heavier than in the past in this intellectual and cognitive war.”

Hawzah News Agency- The chancellor of Al-Mustafa International University Hujjat al-Islam Abbasi, in a gathering of scholars of the Iraq Seminary held at al-Mustafa International University in Qom on Monday November 20, considered the Islamic Revolution of Iran as an important turning point in the region and the world and added,” This revolution is not only limited to a specific land or nation; rather it is an intellectual, epistemological and religious revolution which is a historical turning point for all Muslims and especially the followers of the school of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT).”

Referring to the provision of more than 160 majors and orientations at different levels of study in Al-Mustafa International University and nearly eighty specialized courses in Qom Seminary, he further noted,” Based on the educational transformation plan of Al-Mustafa University, these disciplines and orientations will increase to more than 400; we will also witness such progress in Qom Seminary.”

At the end, Hujjat al-Islam Abbasi pointed to the conspiracies of Islam adversaries to create division among Islamic religions and emphasized,” such conspiracies to create separation and division among the scholars and the followers of the school of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) are going on, which one should be aware of; I say this from the bottom of my heart that we do not see any duality between us and you dear ones in Iraq and we are not separate from each other in any way.”
