Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al-Islam Muhammad Javad Bagheri Orumi, Friday prayer imam of Bandar Astara city in Iran, in his Friday prayer sermons this week, considered the President Raisi’s trip to New York and participation in the United Nations General Assembly as a very good opportunity to convey the message of the Islamic Republic on various issues in the world and stated,” The first visit of the president to the United Nations after a three-year hiatus in holding it in person provided a good opportunity for various meetings with the presidents of different countries and exchange of views on different issues.”
The Friday prayer Imam of Astara city continued with regard to the riots of the last few days which resulted in insulting sanctities , the destruction of public property and the infliction of various human and financial damages on innocent people, under the pretext of the death of the late Mahsa Amini, he said, "Of course, we are all saddened by the death of our dear compatriot, but when the cause of the incident has not yet been determined and the reason for her death has not been stated, how can we point the finger of blame at someone? Even if it is proven that this happened due to individual error or negligence, the competent services of the police forces in establishing order and security should not be ignored and the entire efforts of a group should not be denied and questioned.”
He added,” Today, security is one of the greatest blessings of God in this country, and we should not allow our security to be compromised by the excuses of a few.”
Referring to the new conflict between The Republic of Azerbaijan and Armenia, and the actions of the Republic of Azerbaijan to change the international borders and build the Zange Zor Pass, with the clear support and interference of the United States and the Zionist regime, Hujjat al- Islam Bagheri Orumi reminded,” Iran’s support for the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh issue was only for the sake of Islam and the Muslim people of Azerbaijan, but now, any action to disturb the borders and limit Iran's access to the Caucasus regions is not accepted and will not be allowed.”
