A member of the Iranian Parliament Hujjat al-Islam Agha Tehrani stated,” No one has the right to say that his environment was not appropriate therefore he became a villain because such excuses won’t be accepted in the hereafter.”

Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al-Islam Mortaza Agha Tehrani, a member of the Iranian Parliament was a keynote speaker at a Muharram ceremony on Wednesday, August 10 in Qom during which he stated that since the establishment of this religious gathering, we have seen its prosperity and growth and added,” Imam Ali (PBUH) is considered as a perfect role model and perfection and an example ‘Ahsan al-Khaliqeen’ in Quran; God Almighty has introduced Imam Ali (PBUH) as the scale of action for us human beings. Imam Ali (PBUH) is the scale of action. The whole human existence is measured by Imam Ali (PBUH) and his imamate and guardianship.”

The head of the Cultural Commission of the Iranian Parliament stated,” willpower serves as the foundation of human life, but unfortunately, we always have a habit of blaming the environment and heredity for our problems.”

He said,” They will not say on the Day of Resurrection that our environment was not suitable or that we had a hereditary problem. Yes, if someone has problems, he should solve them with what is stated in the Holy Qur'an and the words of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT). The Holy Quran suggests that if your environment is bad and you are unable to fix it, you can migrate and organize your affairs. We do not have the right to shrug off the burden of being human.”

He listed the thoughts of western philosophers such as Nietzsche as deviant concepts in understanding the dimensions of human excellence and existence and said,” the modern philosophy has dominated the world with a discourse as a principle. Among the things that Nietzsche has presented to the world is an understanding of society that compares society to a war society. When this happens the superpowers suppose that life is the same.”

Hujjat al-Islam Agha Tehrani concluded,” In dealing with life obstacles, everyone tries to blame their own problems on others. The point is that we don't evaluate and assess our own actions. We have to seek out the truth in order to have a chance to find ourselves. God measures us with Imam Ali (PBUH), but what do we measure ourselves with?”
