Hawzah News Agency -Hujjat al-Islam Mortaza Motiei, in his Friday prayer sermons this week in Semnan, referred to the Astana Process Summit hosted by Iran, which was about regional issues and said, “The presidents of Russia and Turkey met with Iran’s Supreme Leader and this is a sign of Iran's powerful diplomacy in the region.”

He added, “Good memorandums of understating were concluded and extended in this regional meeting, and the effort for comprehensive cooperation between China, Iran and Russia was also on the agenda, and Russia emphasized that all these agreements were reached as a result of the active diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.”

Referring to the recent visit of the US President to Saudi Arabia, Hujjat al Islam Motiei pointed out that many western news agencies have said that this trip has failed to achieve its goals.”

Shia scholar went on to point out the opening of Saudi Arabia's airspace to the Zionist regime and concluded, “Saudi Arabia cannot allow non-Muslim countries to fly to holy cities of Mecca and Medina.”
