Hawzah News Agency- Mamousta Faiq Rostami, Friday Prayer Leader of the Iranian city of Sanandaj made some remarks at the first regional conference on Islamic unity which is being held in Sanandaj and said, “Kurdistan has long been the center and cradle of culture, mysticism, honor and religious zeal.”

The representative of the people of Kurdistan in the Iranian Assembly of Leadership Experts further added, “Holding such conferences in Kurdistan province of Iran is a basis for better and greater promotion of unity in this province.”

This Sunni scholar went on to say that today, the enemy seeks to loot the wealth and possessions of Islamic countries in the Middle East under the pretext of fighting terrorism and they wish to cripple the economy of the Islamic world at any cost.”

In the end, Friday Imam of Sanandaj concluded, “Today, the holy Qur'an, the Noble Kaaba, which is the gathering place of all Muslims, the first Kiblah of Muslims, the love and affection of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the love of the family and companions of the Noble Prophet and the religion of Islam have been established on four main pillars of consultation, Justice, equality and development.”
