Hormozgan Quake

Hujjat al-Islam Abolfazl Alikhani, the deputy coordinator of the seminaries' emergency response committee, went to Hormozgan province on Monday morning along with Jihadi students and the administration of Ahl Al-Bayt seminary (PBUT) in the city of Bandar Lengeh, while reviewing the latest situation of the earthquake victims, he was informed about the relief work.

Hawzah News Agency- After the recent earthquake of 1.6 on the Richter scale occurred on Saturday, July 2 in some areas of Hormozgan province; rescue forces were present in the earthquake-hit areas from the first hours of the incident and started removing debris and distributing relief items.

According to this report, a number of Jihadi groups of Iran’s Seminary have joined many aid workers and actively participated in various operations to help the people of the earthquake affected areas.

Policy-making, planning and the seminary’s method of providing aid in unrepresented events have been entrusted to the center for dealing with unprecedented events, whose members are from all seminary institutions around the country.

While visiting the destroyed villages and houses in the region, he prepared a report on the events that occurred and it was decided that the support of the headquarters for dealing with such unprecedented events in the human resources department would be subject to the request of the management of seminaries in Hormozgan province.
