Hawzah News Agency – The commander of the faithful, Imam Ali peace be upon him says:

أمَا إنّه ليسَ بينَ الحقِّ والباطلِ إلّا أربَعُ أصابِعَ ... الباطلُ أنْ تقولَ : سَمِعتُ ، والحقُّ أنْ تقولَ : رَأيْتُ.

'Verily, there is nothing between truth and falsehood but a span of four fingers ... Falsehood is to say, 'I heard,' while the truth is to say, 'I saw.' ۲
