Hawzah News Agency - What is the rule as regards taking advantage of the facilities of the Islamic government for personal use, such as using the electricity at a government office to charge one’s cell phone?

Making personal use of the facilities of the Islamic government is impermissible, except those uses that are generally viewed as being commonly necessary and unobjectionable and that are tacitly approved.

Also, making personal use of government facilities with permission from an authority who is vested with the pertinent canonic and legal jurisdiction is permissible.
