London took al-Nujab’s message/ Telegraph’s report on a media war

The highly circulated English paper, Telegraph, publishing a report on the response of al-Nujaba’s spokesman to the intervening positions of the UK ambassador, claimed that the Iraqi Movement has launched a propaganda campaign on social media against Western diplomats.

Hawzah News Agency - The English paper, Telegraph, dealt with the warning of al-Nujaba’s spokesman to the UK ambassador to Baghdad, reported al-Nujaba’s Centre for Communications and Media Affairs in Iran.

The said paper in its report wrote, “After Britain’s ambassador to Iraq has encouraged Iraq to turn its back on armed groups, he was warned by a-Nujaba’s spokesman, Nasr al-Shimmari, to keep his views to himself.”

Telegraph further mentioned, “This militia group, with ties to the Iranian regime, has published a series of posts on the messaging app Telegram against Stephen Hickey, the UK ambassador to Baghdad.”

Finally, the widely circulated English paper, pointing to the response of al-Nujaba’s spokesman to statements made by the UN’s representative in Iraq, claimed, “Al-Nujaba has launched a propaganda campaign on social media to target those figures, including some Western diplomats, who are against it with threatening attacks.”
