Hawzah News Agency (Mashhad - Iran) - Astan Quds Razavi makes no distinction in using various proposals, ideas and good plans and its sphere of consultations will not be restricted to certain groups or people only.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of holy shrine’s managing director and the head of Chief Custodian’s Office, Hoj. Marvi pointed to the changes made in the AQR councils and board of directors, saying: “Our focus has been on employment of people whose different specializations are needed in AQR’s boards of directors or councils”.

AQR chief custodian referred to the new structure of the organization and said: “All affiliations and parts of the AQR have come under management of one of the four newly introduced specialized departments”.

“With respect to the large number of pilgrims and vastness of space and variety of services, the holy shrine required its own board of directors comprising of a group of experienced people,” he noted.

According to him, all offices related to the holy shrine shall work from now on under the new managing director.

Referring to the formation of new Endowments Council, Scientific and Cultural Council, and Karamat Razavi Foundation’s board of directors, Hoj. Marvi emphasized that AQR’s macro decisions are made based on collective wisdom.

He went on to say: “AQR’s fundamental decisions have not been made personally and various groups and people from different bodies have been consulted with. These new councils and boards of directors have been formed in accordance with this approach”.

Marvi expressed hope that the new structure could facilitate, accelerate, and synergize jobs and promote inter-sectional cooperation.

AQR chief custodian introduced Imam Reza (AS) as the Imam of all humanity and his holy shrine as a sacred place belonging to all groups of people with different mentalities.

Marvi added: “There are many people who are concerned about and interested in Imam Reza (AS) holy shrine; a certain number of experienced and expert people have been chosen due to existing limitations. However, this selection does not necessarily mean that organization’s consultations are limited to these people only”.

Marvi further noted that AQR welcomes anyone with any political or intellectual affinities, if they have an idea about areas under work at the holy shrine.

Inviting all to give ideas to promote AQR’s goals and to give better services in different areas to pilgrims, Hoj Marvi said: “We consider no point of difference in using ideas of people and in enjoying their proposals and plans. We welcome good proposals and ideas from every one”.

Reiterating that AQR belongs to all people, he said: “Everyone has to feel that he has got a role and a share here. No one should consider himself a stranger here and therefore, we expect people to inform their servants about their ideas and suggestion via national number of 138”.

Elsewhere, Hoj. Marvi stated: “The organization has done its best to take advantage of young people’s capacities and capabilities and it will continue this path in the future as well. We do believe that young generation has to enter into managerial perspective of decision making for the country, but this does not mean neglecting elders’ experiences”.

Marvi finally noted that the capacities and capabilities of the young people would yield better result when it is combined with experiences of the elders”.
