Hawzah News Agency – The commander of the faithful, Imam Ali peace be upon him says:

رَدُّ الشَّهوَةِ أقضى‏ لَها، وقَضاؤها أشَدُّ لَها.

'Repelling one's desire is the best way to eradicate it, and fulfilling it only strengthens it.'
