Hawzah News Agency - (Tehran - Iran) - The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, stressed the fact that the popularity of officials in charge should not be just a claim, rather they should live with the people and stand beside them.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei at the beginning of the seminary course (Dars-e Kharij) on December 24, 2019, said that when we say officials should be popular it means that it should not be just a claim.

Iran's leader went on to stress it would rather mean we should live together with the people, stand beside them and live our lives as they do and get accustomed to them.
