AQR uses modern tools to boost religious knowledge of pilgrims

Stating the above at the first seminar of female servants of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS), Hoj. Ahmad Marvi, the chief custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said: “The sincere service of ladies at the holy shrine is of great importance and we strive to pay more attention to them.”

Hawzah News Agency - (Mashhad - Iran) - Astan Quds Razavi has planned to make use of modern tools, cyberspace in particular, to boost the religious knowledge of the pilgrims.

Stating the above at the first seminar of female servants of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS), Hoj. Ahmad Marvi, the chief custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said: “The sincere service of ladies at the holy shrine is of great importance and we strive to pay more attention to them.”

According to him, boosting religious knowledge of pilgrims is one of the most important concerns of AQR. “Making effective and wide use of modern tools, cyberspace in particular, to keep in touch with people throughout the year has been already placed on AQR’s agenda.”

He informed that AQR has focused on cultural work since pilgrims of Imam Reza, as the learned Imam of the Prophet’s dynasty, need to learn more about religious and cultural issues.

“In terms of building and infrastructure, despite the semi-finished projects that need to be completed, the holy shrine is in a satisfactory condition,” he said, attaching significance to cultural issues.

Also Ali Akbar Assarnia, the head of the AQR Center for Servants’ Affairs, stated that the servants are the best in identifying and conveying the problems of pilgrims because of being at the forefront of service-rendering.

In addition to sharing servants’ and neighbors’ problems with the chief custodian, the thematic and bilateral sessions will put them in the spotlight for authorities in an accurate and operational manner,” he noted.

At the beginning of the meeting, a number of female servants expressed their views, discussing the problems and issues they encounter in working environment.
