Hawzah News Agency (Mashhad, Iran) - Astan Quds Razavi has announced special programs on the occasion of Eid al-Adha and the beginning of the "Vilayat ten-day celebrations" to be held in the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) for pilgrims.
Announcing the above, Hoj. Hossein Shariatinejad, the deputy director of Islamic Publicity Dept. of Astan Quds Razavi, said: "The special programs will begin on Sunday evening with a speech by Hoj. Habibollah Farahzad, and a eulogy by Seyyed Hojjat Bahr ul-Olum in Razavi Jame' courtyard.”
The feast of Eid al-Adha will be held in the Imam Khomeini portico from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with the attendance of the servants of the Eighth Imam (AS) as well as the pilgrims and neighbors of the holy shrine.
“A speech by Hoj. Haj Abolqasemi, eulogies and preaches on the Infallible Imams (AS), and the performance of Anasheed group are all planned for Sunday,” he noted.
According to Shariatinejad, there will be eulogies in the Dar al-Marhama, Kowsar and Ghadir porticos as Eid al-Adha programs for the non-Iranian pilgrims.
“In addition to the main programs held at the Imam Khomeini and Jame' porticoes, religious lectures and celebrations in the Hazrat Zahra (SA) portico are on the schedule which will also be held after the evening prayers,” he concluded.
Astan Quds Razavi is the body in charge of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS).
