Hawzah News Agency – Imam Sadiq peace be upon him says:

إنّ البِرَّ وحُسنَ الخُلقِ يَعْمُرانِ الدِّيارَ، ويَزيدانِ في الأعْمارِ.

'Verily goodness and good nature cause the homes to flourish and increase in life spans.'
