Hujjat al-Islam Akram al-Kaabi, stressing the imbalance between the opposing sides in the ۳۳-day war, stated, "The combatants of Hezbollah experienced a perilously tough situation in this war, as many countries had taken the side of Israel."
He added, "The enemy enjoyed some advanced fighters and the support of the US, European and Arab counties, and on the other side, a group of combatants were sieged in mountains and plains. Therefore, the advocates of the right in different points of the world were worried about the conditions of Hezbollah."
The top-rank member of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (IPMF) continued, "In the meantime, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, surprising all, appeared on the media and confidently predicted that his side will certainly achieve the victory, the glad tidings that acted more than a simple assessment."
Sheikh Akram al-Kaabi reiterated, "The war ended, and shortly afterwards, I and a group of combatant brothers had a trip to Lebanon to both visit Sayyed Hassan and congratulate him on the remarkable victory achieved by Hezbollah. Meanwhile, I was pondering over a couple of questions and decided to ask them as soon as I met Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. My questions were, "How could he confidently predict the achievement of a certain victory in those conditions?" "What did brim him with such confidence?” “And how did he reach such a conclusion?"
He then stated, "Upon the meeting with Sayyed Hassan, in the presence of martyr Imad Mughnia, I put forth the questions. Sayyed Hassan answered that when the blockade was tightened by the enemy, he received a message from the supreme leader of the Islamic Revolution, a message strongly recommending all the combatants to recite Jawshan Saqeer Supplication, and confidently predicting that the Resistance would see the triumph and dignity."
Finally, Al-Nujaba's secretary-general, quoting Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, said, "According to my experiences, I well knew that what the supreme leader predicted would certainly come true. And with regard to his prediction and confidence, I appeared on the media and talked of the certain victory of our side, and gave the glad tiding to all the supporters of the Resistance."
