Speaking at the third meeting of a series of meetings on the holy shrines of Iran ‎which was held at the Holy Shrine of Lady Fatimah al-Ma’sumah, Ayatollah Sayyed ‎Mohammad Sa’idi referred to the guidelines of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution ‎‎(Ayatollah Khamenei) regarding pilgrimage to the holy shrines and said, “The exaltation of ‎the culture and teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt is the purpose of the people’s journey to the ‎holy places.”‎

The custodian of the Holy Shrine of Lady Fatimah al-Ma’sumah continued, “If some people ‎today don’t follow the merits of the words of the Ahl al-Bayt ‎it’s because the officials and ‎cultural authorities have failed to perform their duties properly and haven’t been able to ‎transmit the beauty of the words of the Infallibles to society.”‎

‎ ‎He emphasized on the necessity of propagating religion and the recognition of the virtues of ‎the words of the Ahl al-Bayt to the people and said, “One of the main points of these ‎meetings on the holy shrines ‎is that we can transfer our experiences to each other so that ‎we can hold better programs for the people.”‎

Ayatollah Sa’idi said that Iraq is our friendly and neighbouring country, saying, “Under no ‎circumstances will we break relations with Iraq.”‎

The representative of the Supreme Leader in Qom province continued, “Each of the holy ‎shrines has its own special qualities, for example, the Holy Shrine of Lady Fatimah al-‎Ma’sumah‎ has its own particular conditions, but in regard to the publication of the teachings ‎of the Ahl al-Bayt with other holy shrines ‎there are commonalities and we have to focus on ‎common points.”‎

‎ ‎He emphasized, “Our main goal, despite the creation of familiarity and affection among the ‎custodians of the holy shrines, is to better disseminate and promote the culture and ‎teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt in society.”‎

Ayatollah Sa’idi ‎added, “Today, it’s imperative that we share our experiences and put new ‎capacities in the field of the publication of the teachings of the Ahlul-Bayt.”‎
