Ayatollah Kashani stresses resistance against threats

Tehran's interim Friday Prayers Leader Ayatollah Mohammad Emami Kashani referred to remarks by Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei concerning resistance as reiterated by Imam Khomeini.

Hawzah News Agency - (Tehran - Iran) - Addressing the second Friday prayers sermon, Ayatollah Emami Kashani urged the government to facilitate investment.

He also called on the parliament to set the regulations and to remove road-blocks in the way of developing economy.

Underlining the importance of Iran’s dignity, he urged people, officials and political parties to be united with the Supreme Leader.

Elsewhere in his remarks, he appreciated Iranians for their high turnout in International Quds Day.

Quds is a holy land for followers of all religions, including Muslims, Christians and Jews, and they have coexisted over past decades in the Palestinian territories, he noted.

The enemies of Palestine and Quds tried over the past year to raid the holy city and recognize it as the capital of aggressors, President Rouhani said earlier while referring to the recognition of the city as capital of the Zionist regime by some states, including the US.
