Ninth "Mourning Ashura Poetry" to be held in Qom

On the eve of Muharram; the 9th "Mourning Ashura Poetry" to be held in Qom with a large presence of devotees, religious poets and religious leaders.

Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) – Hajj Abbas Heidarzadeh, the head of the Association of the Maddahan ‘eulogists’ and Poets of the Qom Province, in a conversation with the reporter of the Hawzah News Agency said: “In order to better explain the mission of the eulogists, poets and mourning board staff and members, in the month of Muharram, the month of martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS), Sayyid and Salar of all Martyrs, the great gatherings of Qom's rituals and poets will be held as the ninth 'mourning Ashura poetry' in Qom.

He invited all the eulogists, poets and religious leaders to participate in this great and spiritual gathering, adding: “This ceremony will hold Saturday night on September 8^th, at the same time as Congregation prayer of the Maghrib and Isha

and with the speech of Ayatullah Mohammad Jawad Fazel Lankarani and also Hajj Valid Allah Kallami, one of the well-known ritual poets in the country, In the conference hall of Global Center for Jurisprudence of Pure Imams in Qom.”
