Head of Iranian Islamic Seminary's Office for In'l Relations issued a condolence message on the passing of professor Scarcia

Hujjat al-Islam Hussaini Kouhsari issued a condolence message on the passing of professor Roberto Scarcia, the prominent Italian professor of Persian literature and the founder of the Persian language seat in Venice University.

Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) - Head of Iranian Islamic Seminary's office for international relations Hujjat al-Islam Hussaini Kouhsari issued a condolence message on the passing of professor Roberto Scarcia, the prominent Italian professor of Persian literature and the founder of the Persian language seat in Venice University.

The message that was delivered to Professor’s wife by the Iranian cultural attaché in Italy, reads as below:

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

“Verily we are from Allah and to Him we shall return” (Holy Quran; 2:156)

Dear Professor Maria Scarcia

Hearing that your husband professor Roberto Scarcia passed away, made us sad and sorry. He truly spent his precious life teaching and promoting Farsi and Islamic literature. We ask Allah (SW) to bestow upon you great patience and to make his soul rest in peace and happiness.
