Hawzah News Agency (Rome, Italy) – The collection includes some 11,000 handwritten works dating back to different eras.
Among them are 100 manuscript copies of the Holy Quran.
Muhammad al-Issa, the secretary general of Muslim World League, recently toured the library.
He visited its Quranic collection and other historical books and documents during a trip to Florence.
