American human rights approves might as right

Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought (WFPIST) denounced the western countries and the United States(US) for basing human rights on might saying there is no rationality in the version of human rights approved and followed by the west.

Hawzah News Agency (Tehran, Iran) - Ayatollah Mohsen Araki attended the closing ceremony of 'American Human Rights Festival' held in the Iranian capital of Tehran saying that power is the only guarantor for commitment of the United States and western powers to their agreements with other countries.

Prominent Iranian cleric said, "Security Council was born in the United Nations(UN) and the first five powers in the world having veto right are in charge of running the body; hence, the basis for right is the power of the very same five members with veto right."

He denounced western countries for turning Palestine into Israeli lands to call the latter as the right, a move which proves there is no rationality in their version of human rights.

"In regards to the human rights we are challenged with a catastrophe called the United States whose political system has remained a threat for human beings", said the scholar.

The cleric referred to the US diplomacy in regards to those immigrating to the United States and said," Immigration is a right for the African and Asian nations who have a share from the US and Europe wealth because these countries were built on a four-century colonizing and negating the rights of these countries."

Closing ceremony of the third American Human Rights Festival was held in Andished Auditorium in Tehran attended by renowned Iranian cultural and religious elites.
