Hawzah News Agency (Mashhad, Iran) - Speaking in the special cultural program of Razavi Holy Shrine which is held after Maqrib and Isha prayers at Razavi comprehensive courtyard, Ayatollah Seyyed Ahmad Khatamei stated, "One of the adjectives of household of apostle of God (a.s.) which is read in exquisite supplication of Jame'eh Kabireh is ''Ma'aden al-Hekmah'' meaning firmest and most beautiful word for the prophet's (s.a.w.) family. Words of the household of the Apostle of God (s.a.w.) is a prescription for diagnosis and treatment of all man and society's problems''.
He added, ''Imam Reza (a.s.) says, The Islam Prophet (s.a.w.) says I am fearful of three things among my Ummah after my departure. These three are misguidance after getting knowledge, misleading plots and unforbidden properties, and sexual lusts''.
This Qom seminary professor stated, ''This tradition has been said in an absolute form meaning that it is not for the year after prophet’s (S.A.W.) departure only, but it includes the current time''.
He went on to say, ''The first concern of the prophet (s.a.w.) was over people's misguidance and deviation after they have enjoyed guidance. The examples of aberrance is of course a lot which we can get informed by studying the history''.
Ayatollah Khatami stated, "The first aberrance of the Ummah after Prophet Muhammad's (s.a.w.) demise was to lose God's Imam (a.s.) and the issue of Willayat. Since the time of his prophetic mission Be 'that till last moments of his life, Hazrat Muhammad (s.a.w.) introduced Imam Ali (a.s.) as the master and Imam (a.s.) of the time after his departure; Muslim Ummah went into aberrance after Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.), however".
Temporary Friday prayer leader of Tehran reiterated, "This concern of the prophet (s.a.w.) continues at the moment as well. This revolution was formed by the leadership of Imam Khomeini (r.h.) and everybody knows that it was Wali Faqih's help that enabled us to save and develop it in all around the world for forty years''.
He continued, "After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, this country was invaded from both inside by the hypocrites and outside by the enemies. We, however, could overcome all these crises thanks to the leadership of Imam Khomeini (r.h.) and Ayatollah Khamenei. Now, to thank God, we are now all obedient of the leadership and Willayat Faqih".
This seminary school professor asserted, "There are of course a few people who move against the country and are trying to destroy this revolution’s bases. These people will never able to do so as Iranian nation will never allow aliens to hit their revolution".
He stated, "Unity is a leading factor for growth and division is a leading factor for downfall. During Prophet Muhammad’s (s.a.w.) era, the Islamic Ummah became united and as a result of which Muslims could get lots of victories and advances. However, after the Prophet (S.A.W.) passed away, division was shaped among them and they get hit by the enemies".
Ayatollah Khatami emphasized, "We must also be vigilant so that no division is created among people and officials. We have to move based on the unity defined by the holy Qur’an. This unity is not created easily. Our patience has to wear thick. We form rumors, insult others, or destroy others, etc.
He stated, "Iran's enemies are now ready to annihilate Islamic Revolution. They have to know that they will not fulfill this dream as Iranian people are always united".
Referring to this issue that faithful people have to believe in God's promises, temporary Friday prayer leader of Tehran stressed, "If we do not believe in God's promises, least grounds for aberrance will emerge. Unfortunately, some people are now trying to promote disillusionment among the public, while the situation in the country is not as bad as they pretend. Surely, the situation will be greatly enhanced by the unity between people and the authorities and also by relying on God".
