Hawzah News Agency (Tehran, Iran) –  Three terrorists were killed and some others injured in a clash with the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) ground forces, the IRGC public relations office announced on Tuesday.

The Takfiri-affiliated terrorists intended to penetrate Iran through Tahlab region in Mirjaveh border area in southeastern country to sabotage and conduct terrorist activities, the IRGC said.

During the operation two members of Basij volunteer forces as well as an IRGC member were killed.

Mirjaveh is a town and the capital of Mirjaveh County, in Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
