Maintenance of ۱۲۰ manuscripts, lithography and lead printing with the theme of Hazrat Khadija (S.A.) in the central Library of Astan Quds Razavi

More than 120 manuscripts, lithography and lead printing with the theme of Hazrat Khadija (S.A.) are kept in the manuscript treasury of the Central Library of Astan Quds Razavi.

Hawzah News Agency (Mashhad, Iran) - The official specialist at calligraphy office of Astan Quds Razavi Libraries, Museums and Documents Organization reports that there are more than 120 precious ancient copies, including eighteen manuscripts and exquisite lithographic prints, plus 108 lead print and thesis with subject of Hazrat Khadija (S.A.) in the manuscript treasury of the Central Library of Astan Quds Razavi.
Seyyed Mohammad Reza Fazel Hashemi, first referred to a copy as early as the tenth century and said, “‘Samat al-Samin fi Manaqib Omahat Al-Mu'minin’, composed by Ahmad ibn Abdullah Tabari (d. 694 AH), inscribed in 997 AH, and endowed to Astan Quds in 1311 S.H by Mirza Reza Khan Naeini, is one of the available manuscripts.”
He referred to another valuable copy that is written in the year 709 AH, close to the time of inscription and stated, “‘Kashfolghama an Ma’refa Ahwal al-A'ema Ahlul Bayt al-Esma’ from Ali Ibn Isaïi Arbeli (d. 692) is inscribed by Mohammad Baqer Kashani, and in 1043 AH, is endowed to the Holy Shrine.”
“The thirteenth volume of valuable book of Behar Al-Anwar, ‘Rawda Al-Nabi fi Asar Al-Mustafavi (S.A.W.)’ by Ahmad bin Hassan Astarabadi, inscribed in the eleventh century; Zia Al-Mu'minin (Hayat al-Qolub) poetized in Persian which is composed by Momeneh Nishapuri with the pen name of Khan in 1195 A.H and it is inscribed in 1256 A.H; and ‘Massar Al-Shia’ by Sheikh Mufid, inscribed in 1352 AH, have addressed the issue of Hazrat Khadijah (S.A.)” Fazel Hashemi expressed, pointing to several other works.
He also highlighted a piece inscribed in in 983 AH by Zeinalabedin and added, “‘Omdeh Al-Manaqib fi Oyun Sehah Al-Akhbar" by Ibn Tariq (d. 600 AH) was return in the virtues of the Infallible Imams (A.S.), and the chapter is dedicated to the virtues of Hazrat Khadija (S.A.).”
The biography of Hazrat Khadija (S.A.) in Persian is another valuable treasure that Fazel Hashemi mentioned.
“This work was written in Arabic in 1140 AH about the virtues of the fourteen Infallible Imams (A.S.) and Hazrat Khadija,” he said, highlighting the book “Al-Manaqib”.
Fazel Hashemi, at the end, referred to some of the works of lithography and noted, “‘Zad Al-Vaezin’ by Mohammad Sadeq Fazil Harandi, in the story of the Prophets and Holy Mary and Hazrat Khadija (S.A.), printed in 1351 AH; ‘Al-Dareh Al-Bayza fi Mashahir Al-Nisa’ printed in 1323 AH and ‘Hayat Um Al-Mu'minin Jenab Khadija Al-Kobra’, published in Lucknow, printed in 1374 AH, are among other valuable works of Astan Quds Razavi’s manuscript treasury.”
