Hawzah News Agency (Mashhad, Iran) – Hossein Ranjbaran in an interview with Astan News stated, "The contract and its announcement by the Holy Shrines reconstruction headquarter on the implementation of a part of the traditional tile related to the facing of Hazrat Fatima's (s.a.) Courtyard in Najaf, as well as the signing of an agreement to build a part of the buildings located in the of Hazrat Aqila (s.a.) Courtyard in Karbala is one of the most significant activities of the Holding."

"These measures are of great importance for the Quds Razavi Civil Holding due to the entry to the Holy Shrines headquarter projects in Iraq and entry into the construction market in the country", he added.

 

Ranjbaran, mentioned the contract and announcement of the construction of the Quchan-Chenaran-Mashhad freeway as BOT (Build–Operate–Transfer), one of the other activities and added, "The, Gorgan-Mashhad railway contract last year was finalized as EPCF (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Financing)."

"These projects have been of great importance in terms of entering major projects in the form of foreign finance (EPCF) and BOT", he expressed.

 

 

 

"In this regard, we can point to finalizing the contract for the reconstruction headquarter of the Holy Shrines in Karbala, expediting the operation of construction of the Chenaran-Mashhad freeway, the commencement of the operation of Gorgan-Mashhad railway, entering into discussions on the Chabahar-Zahedan-Mashhad railway contract etc." Ranjbaran said on the plans and objectives of the Holding in 2018.
