Hawzah News Agency (Massachusetts, USA) - Harvard university held the second annual symposium on Iraq last Friday. At the event that was sponsored by Harvard university’s center for Middle Eastern studies and the university's research center, Hujjat al-Islam Sayed Hossein Qazwini Shia professor of the Islamic Seminary of Karbala presented a paper on ‘The Future of the Marja’ia in Iraq: An Insider’s Perspective’.
The one-day symposium focused on Iraq’s youth and featured four panels covering the political, economic, social and cultural challenges facing Iraqi youth.
The event was attended by several university professors and researchers.
