Hawzah News Agency (Mashhad, Iran) - Secretary of the ۴th Confrere of Petrification and American Islam introduced clerical charter as the biggest and most important message of Imam Khomeini (ra) to the Seminary Schools. In this conference held with cooperation of Khorasan Seminary School and Astan Quds Razavi’s Islamic Propagation Assistance, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Amin Nia emphasized on the necessity of making this message practical and alive in all seminary schools.

He said, "The main focus of this conference is Imam Khomeini's (ra) charter for clergymen which is considered as a superior document for all the seminary schools". He also mentioned, "The Supreme Leader has a special view toward this message". 

Referring to the Supreme Leader's various messages to different meetings of this kind, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Amin Nia stated, "He has repeatedly emphasized on using this charter in Seminary schools and he has been loyal to this charter as a superior document".

He said, "The charter puts a burden on Seminary Schools and also gives a heavy mission to it".

With respect to the new approach created in the Seminary Schools and in the management and also presence of Seminary officials, the secretary of the conference expressed his hope to get this charter out of isolation and to make it practical.
