 Huge Gathering of Fatemi Mourners in Razavi Holy Shrine

Huge gathering of Fatemi mourners was held with wide presence of lovers of the household of the Apostle of God (S.A.W.) and officials and servants of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) shrine.

 

Hawzah News Agency (Mashhad, Iran) - Huge gathering of Fatemi mourners in Razavi Illuminated Shrine was held with wide presence of lovers of the household of the Apostle of God (S.A.W.) and a group of officials and servants of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) shrine. 

This huge gathering was held concurrent with martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh (S.A.) at 8:30 o’clock. Like previous years, a large number of lovers of the household of the Apostle of God (S.A.W.) gathered in Mashhad’s Shohada square and had their chest beating and mourning ceremonies. In continuation of the ceremony, the Fatemi mourners walked the way toward Razavi Shrine to express their condolences to their lord, Hazrat Ali Ibn Mousa al-Reza (A.S.).

While walking toward the Razavi Complex, the mourners had collective mourning and panegyrists had their eulogy recitations on characters of this great and noble lady.

This year’s gathering of Hazrat Zahra martyrdom anniversary in Mashhad was conducted with funerals of anonymous and defender of Holy Shrine martyrs and presence of these dear martyrs created an indescribable spiritual atmosphere for all the pilgrims and citizens. 

Walking between Shohada square and Razavi Shrine, Fatemi mourners entered the Razavi Illuminated Shrine and got together in Imam Khomeini Portico.

Razavi Holy Shrine’s servants welcomed the mourners with rose water, aloes-wood, and incense and guided them toward Imam Khomeini Portico.

The ceremony was continued with the presence of this large number of mourners in the aforementioned portico. In this glorious ceremony also, panegyrists had their eulogies and Ayatollah Seyyed Ahmad Alam al-Hoda, Mashhad’s Friday Prayer Leader and member of assembly of experts, delivered his lecture for the mourners.
