Hawzah News Agency (Damascus, Syria) - A ceremony to commemorate 39th anniversary of Iran’s Islamic Revolution was held on Monday, February 12 in Damascus, Syria in which distinguished figures including representative of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei and the Syrian minister of endowments took part.

The ceremony was organized by the efforts of the representative branch of Iranian supreme leader in Syria. Several notable figures from Iran and Syria attended the event including, Syrian minister of endowments, representative of Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei in Syria, ambassador of Islamic Republic of Iran in Damascus as well as some other guests.

The keynote speakers of the commemoration ceremony of Iran’s Islamic Revolution were the Syrian minister of endowments and Hujjat al-Islam Tabatabaei Ashkezari, representative of Iranian supreme leader in Syria. Several other religious and political figures also delivered speeches during the event.
