Rep. Of Ayat. Makram Office meet Iran's cultural attaché in Baghdad

Hujjat al-Islam Khoshkhoo described evaluating the country’s situation and social conditions for holding the one-day conference on the Shia role in the emergence and expansion of Islamic sciences as the purpose of his visit to Iraq.

Hawzah News Agency (Baghdad, Iraq) - Hujjat al-Islam Khoshkhoo, deputy of communications and international relations of the world congress of Shia role in the emergence and expansion of Islamic sciences (under supervision of Grand Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi’s office) met with Hujjat al-Islam Gholamreza Abazari Iran's cultural attaché in Baghdad.

Hujjat al-Islam Khoshkhoo described evaluating the country’s situation and social conditions for holding the one-day conference on the Shia role in the emergence and expansion of Islamic sciences as the purpose of his visit to Iraq.

Hujjat al-Islam Abazari, for his part, pointed out the importance of scholars’ role in propagating Shia teachings and said, “After the victory of the Iraqi nation over Daesh terrorist group, now more coordination is needed in order to develop  cultural and scientific aspects for the people of Iraq.”

Iran's cultural attaché in Baghdad added, “Holding such specialized conferences on subjects like the role of the Shi'a in the emergence and expansion of Islamic sciences with the presence of elites and clerics of Islamic countries can highly serve this purpose.”
