Al Azhar demands for international aids for Palestine, Myanmar Muslims

Top Al Azhar figure issued message extending his well wishes in the New Year 2018 calling for international aids for Palestine and Myanmar Muslims.

Hawzah News Agency (Cairo, Egypt) - Sheikh Ahmad Al Tayyeb, grand Egyptian mufti, has issued a message on the beginning of the New Year 2018 expressing his well wishes for the world in the New Year 2018 stressing necessity of endeavors for spreading culture of coexistence.
 
He called international bodies and influential forces to struggle for a world without hunger and poverty.


 
Egyptian cleric also urged for efficient measure in line with supporting the Muslims in Occupied Palestine and Myanmar.
 
Senior Al Azhar professor highlighted importance of efforts for spreading the culture of reconciliation and peaceful coexistence and also prevention of racism, extremism and terrorism across the globe.


 
Sheikh Ahmad al-Tayyeb expressed hope that the New Christian Year is a year for prevalence of dialogue among different societies.
