Software Program on Correct Reading of Quranic Surahs in Prayers

The Astan (custodianship) of Imam Hussein’s (as) holy shrine has published a software program that teaches the correct reading of Quranic Surahs in daily prayers. There are also questions and answers about the pronunciation of Quranic terms in the program.

Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) -  The users of the software can check their reading of Surahs Fatiha, Ikhlas, Kawthar, Nasr, Qadr, and Asr, short Surahs of the Quran that are usually recited in the prayers.

Mustafa Tayi, a member of the team that carried out the project to produce the the software program, said it can identify mistakes in the readings and show the correct form to the users.

 

There are also questions and answers about the pronunciation of Quranic terms in the program, which help the users to learn the correct reading of the verses.

The Astan’s branch in the holy city of Qom has released the software program, which can be downloaded from Google Play.
