The Shia source of emulation advised the Iranian pilgrims to promote Imam Hussain's (as) teachings since it is a great way to restore Islamic values and its genuine principles in the society.

Hawzah News Agency (Najaf, Iraq) – A group of Arbaeen pilgrims from Iranian province of Isfahan met with senior Iraqi cleric Grand Ayatollah Bashir al-Najafi in the city of Najaf on Monday.

 

The Shia source of emulation advised the Iranian pilgrims to promote Imam Hussain's (as) teachings since it is a great way to restore Islamic values and its genuine principles in the society.

 

He added, "The faithful pilgrims must seize this opportunity of visiting Shia holy shrines to seek proximity to Allah almighty and to behave better within their society."

 

"The Shia Imams' holy shrines are considered as the best place to seek proximity to Allah almighty and to gain his happiness." the cleric said in a separate meeting with a group of Iraqi Muslims from Baghdad.

 

Grand Ayatollah Bashir al-Najafi asserted, "The faithful must take pilgrimage to Shia holy shrines with the aim of purifying their soul in addition to improving their social and individual attitude within societies. These holy shrines serve as best places to seek proximity to Allah almighty."
