Ahlul Bayt (AS), pillars for unity of Islamic nation

Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought called Ahlul Bayt (AS), household of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) as basis for unity of Islamic nation which is a blessing of God Almighty for Muslim community.

Hawzah News Agency - Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, member of Iran’s Assembly of Experts, in his remarks prior to Friday prayer in Tehran, called Ahlul Bayt (AS) as a blessing of God Almighty contrasting that with

disunity as a punishment.

He referred to Hadiths which call leadership of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Imamate as perfect blessings from God which joins the members of a community in contrast with division and aggression which is a

symbol of punishment whenever it plagues a society.

The cleric alluded to a quote by Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) assimilating Imams (AS) with stars which are the guiding lights for people and a guarantee for solidarity of the Muslims.

Ayatollah Araki counted the upcoming Arba’een ceremony, 40^th day after martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS), third Shia Imam and grandson of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and hailed the two-week rally by multi-million

pilgrims as a unique instance in the history of mankind.

He said,” Ahlul Bayt (AS) are the bases of Islamic solidarity” calling that a miracle when the whole body is in full cooperation.

Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought expressed hope that Imam Hussein (AS) turns into the commonality of all Muslims.
