Kurdish Yazidi girl exposes ISIS terrorist's identity hidden as displaced people

A Kurdish Yazidi girl, who survived the ISIS captivity, revealed the identity of an ISIS militant after he disguised himself among the internally displaced people from Tel Afar.

Hawzah News Agency - Watching a news report on television about the IDPs escaping the military clashes in Tel Afar, Ivan Walid Ali, the Yazidi girl who was subjected to ISIS abuses, recognized one of her abusers and reported the issue immediately.

She identified the ISIS militants as “Abu Ali” who was responsible for trading Yazidi girls in ISIS captivity.

Ivan also revealed that Abu Ali sold her once when she was still at the hand of the terrorist group.

The ISIS terrorists kidnapped over 6,000 Yazidi girls and children after they overran Sinjar in August 2014. They reportedly force the young girls into sex slavery and trade them among the terrorists.

According to Kurdistan Regional government (KRG), over 3,100 Yazidis have so far been rescued or they managed to escape the terrorists themselves. The fate of thousands more remains obscure to the moment.

The new wave of IDPs started after the beginning of a massive military operation aiming at recapturing Tel Afar from ISIS. The strategic town is located about 65 kilometres west of Mosul, and two of its districts are said to have been liberated so far.
