Ayatollah Araki: Media turn Islamic unity to a public culture

Secretary general of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought stressed the demand for publicizing Islamic proximity calling the media to turn the diplomacy of solidarity into a social culture. // He said: "Islamic proximity is a key arena for the country; hence, all people should contribute to its objectives."

Hawzah News Agency (Tehran, Iran)‌ - Grand Ayatollah Mohsen Araki attended the first conference on “Implementing Diplomacy of Islamic Unity in the World of Islam” in Tehran. 

He stressed introduction and stabilizing the notion of proximity to boost convergence and cooperation in Muslim world.


 
The cleric warned against skeptical views on necessity of Islamic unity and counted building a belief among the public as the way to settle the issue.
 
Ayatollah Araki said the process of persuading people is not complete merely through researches and writing books rather it urges the participation of the media.


 
 He called the media to expand the necessity of Islamic unity and diplomacy of solidarity into a social culture.

 
Ayatollah Araki urged all institutions and organizations to cooperate in line with Islamic proximity saying,” Islamic proximity is a key arena for the country; hence, all people should contribute to its objectives.
