"Sadly, there is so much negative propaganda against Islam in the US which is why Americans believe any negative news about Muslims, "Zahra Gonzales, American Muslim lady said.

Hawzah News Agency- In an exclusive interview with Hawzah, Zahra Gonzales, an American Muslim lady, spoke on the 9/11 attacks; she described American citizens' public opinion regarding 9/11 after 15 years of the incident. She also pointed at the increasing Islamophobia in the US.

Zahra Gonzales who is a cultural activist referred to the Americans' opinion on 9/11 and the US government's efforts to distract people's attentions, she said, "Although some documents regarding 9/11 were published, but the truth is that up to this day, so many Americans are still dubious about the nature of the attacks, they believe there are more angles to this incident that need to shed light upon.

She went on, "With respect to present conditions in American society, it's safe to say that all aspects of this incident are not clear to the public, still no body is certain what happened during that fateful day and who was behind the attacks; but one thing is  for sure and that is after 9/11 due to the systematic campaigns and propaganda against Islam, a new wave of Islamophobia was raised and that is the most important result of 9/11,"

Speaking on the internal crisis and racial discriminations currently present in US, Gonzales added," Sadly, most Americans, white Americans and the majority of US citizens who currently hold the most government positions have racial tendencies," Hawzah reported.

If you look at how those people treat black Americans or how Donald Trump speaks of the Black community you will realize what the majority of Americans think of black people.

Negative propaganda against Islam on the rise in US

Referring to the negative propaganda and hate speech against Islam and Muslims in US she further said, "Sadly, there is so much negative propaganda against Islam in the US which is why whenever there's negative news about Muslims, Americans easily believe that's true and it definitely influences their behavior towards the Muslim community, I must say that Islamophobia is rising in the US"

"However, many of the black Americans treat Muslims in a fair and decent way since they've been subject to white Americans' racism and stereotypes themselves, therefore they sympathize with Muslims," Hawzah quoted Mrs. Gonzales as saying.

The American Muslim lady also pointed at the history of Islamophobia in the US saying, "Islamophobia began since 9/11 and its history dates back to 15 years ago, 9/11 attacks led to an increasing wave of fear and hatred towards Islam and Muslims all around the world,"
