Iraqi troops kill ISIS deputy ringleader in Mosul

HRW: US airstrikes hit Syrian mosque
Human Rights Watch (HRW) reports American forces failed to take necessary precautions to avoid dropping a pair of bombs on a northern Syria mosque full of hundreds of worshipers.
