Hawzah News Agency (Mashhad, Iran) - Ayatollah Hossein Noori Hamedani, during the opening ceremony of the Razavi pilgrim house in Mashhad, stating that being grateful to the blessings of God Almighty is one of the matters emphasized by the Holy Qur'an, pointed to the seventh verse of Surah Ibrahim and stated, "The Lord says in this verse that to the extent you are grateful, the divine blessings increase in the same scale."

He stated that Imam Sadiq (a.s.), in a tradition mentioned the most magnificent and most virtuous blessing as the guardianship of the Infallible Imams (a.s.) and said, “Our religion introduces some very important figures to us, who are considered very dear to the Prophet (pbuh) and knowing them is very necessary for us.”

"In Bihar al-Anwar, Imam Reza (a.s.) has been mentioned twice as the Prophet’s (pbuh) beloved and the Prophet of Islam said in a narration that his dear will be buried in Khorasan and whosoever visits him, his sins shall be forgiven and his affliction shall be forsaken," Ayatollah Noori Hamedani expressed.

He emphasized the position of Imam Reza (a.s.) and the value of serving him and added, "You in Astan Quds Razavi and at this pilgrim house are the guests of Imam Reza (a.s.) and certainly your actions will be considered before God."

"All people are devoted to this guardianship system and they wish for the pilgrimage of the Razavi Holy Shrine; however, they do not have any means for the journey. Astan Quds Razavi has tried to provide the necessary facilities for these people” the source of imitation of the Islamic world remarked.

He cited the construction of Razavi pilgrim house as a great service to the pilgrims of the Razavi Illuminated Court and said, "The construction of the Razavi pilgrim house by Astan Quds Razavi is a very virtuous act and more steps should be taken to ensure the welfare of the pilgrims."
